Our organization was founded on the premise that corporate recognition doesn’t have to be complicated.

We listened to what potential clients were telling us and found similar issues across the marketplace:

  • award choices were limited and priced above retail
  • administrative services were costly and inefficient
  • customer service was disappointing
  • virtually no support once sales process completed

As with all entrepreneurial small businesses we set out to do it better. And based on what our clients tell us we’re doing a pretty good job of achieving that goal.

WHERE we do business
Our closely knit group works together in an open concept commercial bay in Airdrie, AB just outside of the city of Calgary. All business operations are tightly interconnected and located in our primary location including sales, customer service, fulfillment and finance. We do business with a range of organizations from 250 to 10,000 employees with a focus on Western Canada. Our awards are distributed across Canada, into the United States and around the world.

With a background in Computer Systems Technology she ensures our client's recipient data is accurate and consistent from one year to the next, among a host of other duties. When not clicking away on her keyboard at the office, Theresa enjoys camping with her family, home projects and long walks with her Old English Sheepdog Mungo.

With her her diligence and attention to detail she keeps our finances in order. She can often be seen running up and down the stairs to verify an inventory count or check on a PO. She is very quiet at work but assures us she has a reputation at home of being a bit loud and klutzy. Sophie always has interesting stories to share about her family.
